“Haworth Intern” is a coveted title that gives you a first-hand glimpse of our world, and a foot in the door to a career in media. You’ll have the chance to learn from expert media gurus and work directly on some of the most admirable brands in the country, all while learning and experiencing the ins-and-outs of agency life.

Interns will have the chance to experience what we call agency department “deep dives” to learn what goes into developing and implementing a media plan from start to finish. You’ll be gaining real world experience with real clients! Which means you could see your work come to life online or on-air.

Internship hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, five days a week. Hybrid model.

A cross channel strategy and activation team position that will support the channel investment team across “Direct to Partner” channels (Digital, Broadcast, OOH, and Print), Platform Investment, and Digital Ad Ops & Trafficking.

A hybrid opportunity that will support the strategy planners and supervisors in the development of comprehensive media plans, day-to-day stewardship for assigned accounts as well as support our Design team with creative services.

Am I required to have an advertising, communication, journalism or marketing background to qualify?

Any background is acceptable, but we would prefer that you are currently studying or have graduated with a degree in one of these areas.

Do I need to be currently enrolled in college to be eligible?

If you are currently enrolled or graduated within the past year, you are eligible for an internship. We are accepting applications from Juniors, Seniors, and grad students.

How many people will I be up against in the interview process?

Depends on how many uber talented people apply.

Do I have to be a U.S. citizen to be eligible?

Yes, you must be a U.S. citizen.

If I am selected for an internship, what will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

We put you to work; this is not just a shadowing opportunity. You will be doing real world work that impacts our clients.

Do you have any internships available during the rest of the year?

Currently our formal internship opportunities are only offered in the summer.

When will the chosen interns be announced?

Our goal is to notify the candidates by early-April.

Will I receive notification if I’m not selected?

Yes, we will be in touch via email no later than mid-April.

Do I get vacation time?

Unpaid vacation time will be approved on a case-by-case basis by the assigned supervisor. We’re closed July 4th and 5th for Independence Day.
